How BijPrestige LLC collects, uses, and protects information for the Cash Flow Gems website and newsletter.

Who we are
Cash Flow Gems is operated by BijPrestige LLC. Our mailing address is 300 Delaware Ave., Suite 210 #318, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@cashflowgems.com.
Information we collect
When you request the newsletter, we collect your email address, consent version, signup source, confirmation status, relevant timestamps, and delivery or suppression status. When you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.
Google Analytics 4 and DataFast may collect device, browser, referrer, page, and interaction information when their site integrations are enabled. We do not intentionally send email addresses or subscriber IDs to these analytics services.
How we use information
We use this information to confirm newsletter requests, deliver subscribed content, honor unsubscribe requests, prevent abuse, respond to support inquiries, understand website performance, and improve Cash Flow Gems.
Email confirmation and delivery
Newsletter signup uses double opt-in. A subscription remains pending until you confirm it through the email we send. Resend processes transactional confirmation messages and newsletter delivery on our behalf. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe method.
Service providers
Supabase stores subscriber lifecycle and consent records. Resend processes confirmation and newsletter emails. Vercel hosts and serves the website. Google Analytics 4 and DataFast provide site analytics when configured. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
RentCast data and OpenAI-assisted analysis support the investment research product. They are not used to receive newsletter signup submissions through this website. Stripe processes Premium Checkout, payment methods, invoices, and subscriptions. Cash Flow Gems does not receive or store raw card details. We retain Stripe Customer and subscription identifiers, billing status, paid period dates, and limited audit metadata needed to provide and support Premium access.
Retention and choices
We retain active subscription records while you are subscribed and keep limited consent, suppression, and audit records as reasonably necessary to honor unsubscribe requests, manage delivery, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or contact us for assistance.
Information sharing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to service providers only as needed to operate the website and newsletter, or when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transaction.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Cash Flow Gems is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
